This course introduces executives to the modern quantitative and qualitative models designed for the planning and effective allocation of human, material and financial resources in support of the organization\'s strategic objectives, goals, and policies. This training is relevant to the service, institutional, and government sectors, as well as the functional disciplines of management, finance, operations, human resources and information technology.
