2015 REGISTRAR STUDY TOUR

The Registrar Study Tour experience will provide professional development opportunities and exposure to the structure of university systems in the United States’ capital - Washington DC, and its bordering states. Through school visits and interactions with university administrators, registrar delegates will receive first - hand knowledge about university operations within an international business and socioeconomic context. ARNU representatives will also have an opportunity to network and engage with university administrators and other university stakeholders at the selected institutions, as they exchange ideas and create initial steps towards forming future partnerships, and possible long-term relationships. Delegates will participate in educational workshops, and will enjoy cultural activities to explore some of the best traditions and tour sites in Washington DC, including the iconic buildings that house the nation’s three branches of government – the White House (Executive), the Capitol (Legislative) and the Supreme Court (Judiciary).
